Who we are

We're a stealth-stage healthcare AI startup reinventing how medical practices capture revenue. Backed by experienced founders and already live with our first client, we're building AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing — helping clinics recover revenue and improve care.

We're looking for an engineer to help build our core platform end-to-end : backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You’ll work directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features fast, and turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve our core AWS infrastructure
• Design secure, scalable, production-grade environments
• Create CI / CD pipelines, observability, and automation tooling
• Operate Kubernetes, Terraform, and event-driven systems
• Own reliability, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization
• Help take features from 0→1 with the engineering and product team

Must-have Skills

• Strong AWS experience (networking, security, infra)
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• CI / CD + automation (GitHub Actions or similar)
• Observability, logging, metrics, tracing
• Distributed systems / queues / streaming
• Startup mindset : autonomy, speed, ownership
