Overview

The Senior Specialist, Sales/Revenue Enablement plays a pivotal role in accelerating Prosci’s growth by designing and executing enablement programs that empower our sales team to perform at their best. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role optimizes our sales processes by equipping the team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs and initiatives with minimal direction—owning the strategy, development, and delivery of tools and resources that elevate team performance.
  • Create and curate high-impact sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training materials that support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with global and regional marketing as needed.
  • Develop and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs that strengthen the sales team’s product knowledge, consultative selling skills, and overall effectiveness.
  • Continuously assess and refine sales processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in partnership with Sales and Sales Operations to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration, strong utilization, and alignment with best practices.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives, using data-driven insights to evaluate performance and guide future strategy.
  • Stay ahead of trends by monitoring industry innovations and best practices, proactively incorporating relevant insights into Prosci’s enablement approach.

  • Experience with strategic solution-based selling.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms, and other relevant sales technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement in professional services, including SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience
Additional Information

Travel Requirements: Minimal, targeting 1-2 times per year for global/team meetings.

Work Location: This is a remote role and we are open to US or Canada.

Compensation: $100,000 – $138,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
