A leading change management organization is looking for a Senior Specialist in Sales/Revenue Enablement. This remote role focuses on designing and executing sales enablement programs, enhancing team performance, and involves responsibilities such as creating training materials and refining sales processes. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of relevant experience and a background in business or a related field. Competitive compensation in the range of $100,000 to $138,000 USD is offered.
The Senior Specialist, Sales/Revenue Enablement plays a pivotal role in accelerating Prosci’s growth by designing and executing enablement programs that empower our sales team to perform at their best. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this role optimizes our sales processes by equipping the team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue and deliver exceptional results.

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following minimum qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies.
Travel Requirements: Minimal, targeting 1-2 times per year for global/team meetings.
Work Location: This is a remote role and we are open to US or Canada.
Compensation: $100,000 – $138,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for inclusion in our bonus program.
