A technology company is looking for a Sr. Engineer with expertise in React and UX/UI knowledge to enhance internal applications. Your role will involve working on existing applications, improving usability and performance, and collaborating with diverse teams. The ideal candidate should have backend familiarity and a proactive attitude. This is a remote position, preferably for candidates in EST. Competitive compensation is offered.

What You'll Do

• Work on existingReact-based internal applicationsused by engineering teams.
• Reorganize and improve existing UI / UX for better usability and performance.
• Implement new functionality and drive user-focused design improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand pain points and deliver better experiences.

Must Have

• React expertise(core requirement)
• Experience delivering withmultiple frontend frameworks / languages
• HTMXexperience ( required )
• Comfortable working onUX layer(not just layout — real usability improvement)
• Experience buildinginternal toolsover marketing sites
• Backend familiarity (Go or Python)

• Wireframing and talking to users
