Position Overview:
Print ePS is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Technical Analyst to join our Customer Success team. This role is crucial for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing in-depth report-writing services, and managing projects for the Incremental Services team. As a Sr. Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for handling technical requests from initial inquiry to resolution while ensuring seamless execution of customer projects. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Crystal Reports, and iNet Designer technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical expertise and support for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Crystal Reports, and iNet Designer to drive efficient problem resolution and customer success.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support customer requirements and business processes.
- Design and generate custom reports using Crystal Reports, including developing reports from scratch to meet unique customer needs.
- Leverage iNet Designer to create and manage custom workflows and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Customer Success, to diagnose and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
- Serve as a key escalation point for resolving critical technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective problem-solving.
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions, optimizing database performance and report generation.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to enhance technical knowledge and ensure best practices in SQL development, PostgreSQL database management, and report writing.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment of customer solutions with strategic business objectives, leveraging technical expertise to drive value for customers.
- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best practices to maintain a knowledge base for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, staying up to date with emerging technologies in database management, report generation, and workflow automation.
Job Requirements:
- E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Strong proficiency in Crystal Reports, with the ability to create reports from scratch.
- Experience with iNet Designer for workflow and automation solutions.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently with minimal guidance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong technical mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the printing industry and associated software solutions.
- Familiarity with customer success and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- PMP/CSM Certification to demonstrate expertise in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SQL, report writing, and database management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role.
