Job Responsibilities
- Establish and deliver sales goals while providing ongoing coaching to drive individual and team success
- Hire, onboard, and develop Territory Business Managers to build a high-performing sales team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional growth of team members
- Foster a collaborative team culture while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate clients in the dental channel
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the dental channel, and 10+ years of customer-facing field sales experience
- Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and leading a large team (10+ people) to deliver quantifiable business results
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ordering systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Ability to perform essential job requirements with or without accommodation
