What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute manual and automated test strategies for web, mobile, and desktop applications in an Agile environment.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Perform exploratory, sanity, smoke, regression, and integration testing; log and track defects in the defect management system.
  • Conduct backend database testing in Microsoft SQL, validating stored procedures, jobs, and triggers.
  • Map requirements to test cases to ensure full coverage and report test results (pass / fail).
  • Create clear, reproducible bug reports and assist the Support team in reproducing client-reported issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and design specifications throughout the SDLC.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst.
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated tests.
  • Strong skills in executing manual test cases.
  • Experience in testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, including cross-browser compatibility testing and related tools.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices.
  • Broad understanding of quality control and testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
