Are you a Product Manager with strong experience in payments and card schemes like Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Elo?

If so, this role is for you.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to partner with Mastercard, leading the evolution and scalability of a global research & intelligence platform used across multiple regions.

Location: São Paulo (hybrid model, frequent collaboration with global teams – India, U.S., Europe, and APAC)

Duration: 10 months (starting December 2025)

Contract type: Independent contractor via CNPJ

Language: Advanced English (essential for daily operations)

What we’re looking for
  • Experience working directly with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Elo, or in projects involving card networks, issuing, acquiring, antifraud, tokenization, settlements, BIN management or payments infrastructure.
  • Background in card products, payments, fintech, banking technology, or network-level operations.
⭐ Core requirements
  • 10+ years in product management, especially in platform, data, analytics, or payments products.
  • Experience building roadmaps, platform scaling, governance, and multi-stakeholder alignment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional squads (product, engineering, data, UX).
  • Strong analytical approach and business case development (ROI, TCO, pricing, forecasting).
  • Ability to convert insights and data into actionable product decisions.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets + BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
  • Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar tools.
Key responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and platform evolution for a global Mastercard initiative.
  • Transform market insights into strategy, OKRs and prioritized backlogs.
  • Coordinate development squads and external vendors.
  • Drive governance and ensure delivery quality across multiple regions.
  • Build executive-level presentations and influence global product adoption.
  • Translate research & analytics into experiments, hypotheses and product decisions.
