A digital marketing agency in Brazil seeks an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead high-performance campaigns across Meta and Google. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns, analyzing performance to drive profitability. A minimum of 5 years in campaign management, especially in high-spend environments, is essential. Total compensation potential exceeds $85,000 per year with a base salary of $40,000 and performance incentives.
Remote | Full-Time | Performance-Based Limitless Agency is scaling rapidly, and we are hiring an experienced Senior Media Buyer who can engineer profitable campaigns—not just launch them.
This role is for someone who understands performance marketing at a strategic level. If you only know how to technically set up ads, this role is not a fit.
About the Role You will be responsible for building, launching, managing, and scaling paid media campaigns for both internal brands and multiple portfolio clients. You'll work closely with our marketing leadership team, creative strategists, and agency partners to execute high-performance campaigns across Meta and Google.
This is a high-performance role with accountability, autonomy, and clear success metrics.
Required Experience To be considered, you must meet all of the following :
Minimum 5+ years managing Meta / Facebook and Google campaigns
Proven experience running high-spend, national, multi-location, or enterprise-level campaigns
Experience inside a digital marketing agency or similar performance-driven environment
Deep experience with strategy, targeting frameworks, creative testing, offer positioning, and scaling methodology
Ability to contribute to creative direction, ad copy concepts, hooks, and campaign ideation
Strong analytical ability with fluency in CAC, ROAS, MER, CPL, CTR, CVR, and LTV metrics
Excellent written and spoken English
Up-to-date knowledge of recent Meta / Google platform changes, compliance rules, and optimization tools
This is not a junior setup role. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and operates with ownership.
Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google
Develop and test creative frameworks, hooks, and messaging angles
Analyze performance and make decisions based on data—not assumptions
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
Prepare weekly reporting and performance reviews
Explore additional channels as needed (YouTube, TikTok, Display, etc.)
Compensation Base Salary : $40,000 / year
Performance Incentives : Up to $45,000 / year (commission tied to results)
Total Potential : $85,000+ / year
