SAP SM Consultant Job Description

The role of the SAP SM Consultant involves supporting users in Brazil and Argentina with questions related to Service Center and Service Orders processes. This requires hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions, configuring SAP Service Management modules, and understanding their integration with other SAP components.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Supporting Brazil and Argentina users with Service Center and Service Orders process‑related questions.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Service solutions.
  • Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and understanding their integration with other SAP components.
  • Field Service support and implementation experience is a plus.
  • Industry background in SAP Service Management is a plus.
  • Experience as a key contributor in multiple end‑to‑end implementation projects.
  • Good interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively across multiple languages, and enjoy working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic.
