About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will manage financial planning and analysis activities, provide insights to senior management, and support investor relations. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high exposure to various initiatives and projects.

On a typical day, you will…

• Review monthly financial statements.
• Interact with investors and handle ad hoc analyses.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Develop and improve financial reporting tools.
• Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports.
• Create ad hoc analyses for strategic decision-making.
• Measure and analyze KPIs, collaborating with other departments to understand the current scenario.
• Assess the financial viability of new investments.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans with functional teams.
• Perform variance analysis to evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
• Support investor relations activities, including quarterly earnings materials and analyst inquiries.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and analysis through technology and automation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

What You'll Need To Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related fields.
• Knowledge of main financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Experience in financial modeling.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS industry.
• Skills in Power BI or Data Studio.
• VBA proficiency.
• SQL or Python knowledge.
• Experience with investor relations.
