Engagement Managers are Project Managers on our Implementation Team with a bias towards customer engagement and success. They’ll handle about 8 customers at a time and lead their Implementation Projects through to success while holding others on the Project Team, both internally and externally, accountable for milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Our Implementation Team helps to get new Customers (Credit Unions) successfully onboarded to the Clutch Platform. Project teams consist of an Implementation Engineer and an Engagement Manager who work together to ensure the onboarding is successful.
