Lead the RGM Agenda in the Zone and take overall leadership on the advancement of RGM projects in the franchise for each country/territory, driving the implementation, aligning stakeholders in the buy-in process and providing effective tracking across company and bottler teams.
Champion the deployment of RGM capabilities within the zone, introducing core solutions that enhance decision-making processes for Franchise Teams.
Deliver insightful performance tracking, incorporating market trends, shopper behaviors, and channel insights into RGM strategies. Define action plan and the roadmap of implementation with franchise to address opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the LATAM RGM team to ensure cohesive RGM strategy design and capability deployment, aligning decision-making processes across countries or regions within scope.
Lead the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel) process within the Franchise, with a deep understanding of the zone's unique opportunities and challenges.
Lead RGM governance routines to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives across the franchise, and be a network connector to activate relevant expertise within the Operating Unit while ensuring initiatives are ‘in-sync’ with the broader LATAM RGM strategy, key initiatives, and tools.
Experience
Ability to lead large-scale strategic projects, effectively navigating across strategy design and tactical execution with robust project management approaches.
Enterprise tool development and deployment experience. Understand what it takes to design, build, support, and continuously improve large scale tools in diverse and complex environments.
Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs) Identification of market opportunities and ability to create value; proven ability to work with high degree of autonomy.
Ability to manage large and fragmented regions being able to identify different market realities, address opportunities, identify potential solutions, evaluate paths to finally generate RGM solutions.
Ability to communicate critical insights in a clear and compelling manner.
Demonstrated experience in project leadership, able to drive collaboration in complex cross-functional teams and projects.
Stakeholder management proficiency with abilities to engage and influence for decision making and taking into account multiple points of view.
Strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, and prior experience (8+ years) in various RGM and/or commercial disciplines including product portfolio strategy (design, implementation, and management), pricing, and translating strategy into execution.
Work Focus
Lead the timely implementation of the ‘RGM core capability agenda’ with LATAM team to equip Franchise team with data driven decision making solutions, continuously upskill system key stakeholders. Be a local champion for deepening RGM capability within the franchise system, taking responsibility for deployment of capability programs and tools rollout across the franchise and bottlers.
Develop upstream and downstream capabilities in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM)/Integrated Execution space to drive profitable decisions, through strategy, processes, tools, standard metrics and analytics.
Understand current Shopper situation and P&P offering, potential shopper out of pocket issues while bringing together multiple RGM concepts and capabilities to then define the strategic RGM direction for the territories under scope.
Orchestrate a smooth collaboration in the system and stakeholder management cross-functional teams (Categories, RGM, Operations) to drive the growth revenue across regions to grow the categories, increase our market share, basket size, incidence, and drive OBPPC strategy to deliver top-line and bottom-line growth.
Alignment with RGM, Categories, Operations and Technical teams on the OBPPC architecture for different channels to assure implementation in each country/region.
