About the Role

This key position involves overseeing client relationships after the sales process, ensuring campaign success, and driving business growth through strategic insights, consulting, and collaboration.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients following the completion of the sales process, serving as a strategic partner in managing advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign effectiveness, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and service delivery.
  • Lead training sessions and initiatives related to our platform, empowering clients through technical knowledge and self-sufficiency.
  • Develop strategic action plans to maximize the value of our solutions and foster long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure strategic alignment and drive sustained account growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the technology, media, or digital advertising industries.
  • Solid understanding of digital performance metrics, such as CPM, CTR, CPC, and ROI.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into practical actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive work style.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
