Qualificações

• Understanding of GMP/GxP validation and quality processes.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

SAP QM Consultant (Contract) – Pharma Industry / LIMS Integration

Location : Brazil – Remote / Hybrid (depending on project)

Contract Type : Freelance / Independent Contractor

Duration : 12 months (extendable)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant (Contractor) to support SAP S / 4HANA implementation and enhancement projects for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

The consultant will play a key role in designing and configuring SAP QM processes, ensuring seamless integration with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and maintaining compliance with GxP and pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP QM processes (inspection lots, results recording, batch management, certificates).
• Design and manage SAP–LIMS integrations (LabVantage, LabWare, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP-PI, MM, WM / EWM) to align manufacturing and quality processes.
• Ensure full GxP compliance and support validation, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in template design, rollouts, and process improvements across global sites.
• Provide training, functional support, and issue resolution during cutover and go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
• Strong background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Hands‑on LIMS integration experience (e.g., LabVantage, LabWare, etc.).
• Working knowledge of S / 4HANA, IDoc / qRFC / Web Services, and interface technologies.
• Understanding of GMP / GxP validation and quality control processes.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an advantage).
• Availability to work remotely or hybrid within Brazil under a contractor model (PJ or freelance).
