What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Investment Advisor Representatives in the "Managed Money" service area

- Provide mentorship and guidance to internal partners to meet departmental goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold operational judgment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a sales or service team marketing financial products
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 registrations required upon employment
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 65 or 66 licenses within 90 days
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- Experience using data analysis for achieving results in financial planning
- Extensive knowledge of industry practices and competitor offerings
