Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with clients.

Experience
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development (remote experience is a plus).

  • Previous experience working with international clients will be highly valued.

Working Hours
  • Flexible working hours with availability during standard business hours in Brazil (BRT) time zone.

  • Occasional meetings with international teams may require flexibility.
