Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in Golang, including building scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of full‑stack application architecture, frontend–backend integration, and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams
• English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written)
• Reliable home workstation and stable internet connection
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)

Nice‑to‑Have Requirements

• Experience with modern front‑end development, ideally React (TypeScript preferred)
