Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our finance team in São Paulo, Brazil. This entry-level position will focus primarily on routine general ledger entries for our companies in the Americas, Asia, and Europe, along with support in processing and entering vendor invoices. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of accounting experience to start their career in a global setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine general ledger entries for multiple international entities across the globe.
2. Support the entry of vendor invoices into SAP.
3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
4. Collaborate with team members in different regions to ensure smooth accounting operations.
5. Participate in additional tasks as needed, supporting the global accounting team.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. CPA certification is an asset.
3. Entry-level or 1-3 years of accounting experience.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
5. Experience with SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
6. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
7. Additional language skills (Spanish, French, or German) are considered a plus.
