A delivery fulfillment platform is looking for a Full‑time QA team member in Belém, Brazil. You will focus on diagnosing bugs, proactively finding issues affecting users, and verifying new features work correctly. Ideal candidates should possess strong English communication skills and a solid understanding of product analysis. This role requires a strategic mindset to improve user experience effectively.

We help these businesses manage their deliveries efficiently by connecting them with skilled drivers tailored to meet their delivery needs. Additionally, we provide essential tools for logistical, financial, and marketing support, empowering local food and beverage makers to expand their businesses.
Our QA team is crucial in ensuring the quality of our platform. There are two main tasks you will focus on:
Understand and diagnose bugs that make it into production. This requires a solid understanding of our product and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Identify parts of the system that need to be improved according to feedback coming from users and testing. You need to be able to clearly report the problem and propose a solution.
Manually check whether new features work as intended. This involves strong analytical skills to assess user experience and interface design.
While specific technical skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code, and creating automated tests are very beneficial, they are not required.
We're looking for candidates with strong English, product analysis skills, and excellent communication. This is a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Boston time), including a one‑hour lunch break.
