We are looking for a talented SX Program Manager for our External Fulfillment team. The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance our EF Programs for sellers in Mexico and Brazil, be the main point of contact (POC) to global stakeholders from multiple teams, and improve high-impact seller-facing processes. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising the bar in seller-facing processes. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relationship with stakeholder teams, and being the main POC for EF Program and Operational themes in the Amazon Marketplace Latam organization.
The candidate must be a strong leader and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. The individual must have experience in program management and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across the organization. The Program Manager must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present senior leadership reports on progress and improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
