A forward-thinking design agency in Brazil is searching for a passionate Product Designer to create user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for taking concepts from rough ideas to polished prototypes, collaborating closely with other team members. Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design taste and familiarity with tools such as Figma and FigJam. Flexible working hours are offered.

We’re looking for a product designer who actually cares about users — not just pixels. Someone who can take a rough idea, messy wireframes, or a founder’s late-night brain dump and turn it into something clean, intuitive, and ready to ship.

You’ve designed products, websites, and dashboards before. You know what good UX feels like — and how to get there fast.

You’ll

• Design clean, high-impact UI for web and mobile
• Translate product ideas and flows into user-friendly experiences
• Own end-to-end design — from wireframes to polished prototypes
• Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and motion designers to bring concepts to life
• Help evolve the brand’s visual language and design system as we grow

You

• Have a strong portfolio of web / app design that shows taste and thought
• Know your way around Figma, FigJam, Notion, and maybe even Webflow
• Think in systems — spacing, hierarchy, components, and consistency
• Care deeply about usability, flow, and micro-details
• Can take feedback and iterate fast (no ego, just better design)
