We are looking for a Power BI Dashboard Developer for our client, an international AI development company based in New York, who will take end-to-end ownership of their reporting process, from understanding business needs to building clear, insightful dashboards that support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and define KPIs with business stakeholders
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards
• Prepare mockups (Excel / Miro) before development
• Perform data modeling, Power Query ETL, and data transformation
• Validate data accuracy and conduct dashboard testing
• Maintain documentation and support users during rollout

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with Power BI (visuals, DAX, Power Query, modeling)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear dashboards
• Experience with ETL / data preparation

Nice to Have

• SQL experience
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks or BI process design
