Qualificações

  • Inglês avançado e espanhol intermediário/avançado são essenciais.
  • 7 anos de experiência relevante em Order to Cash, com pelo menos 5 anos em uma função de liderança.
  • Capacidade de motivar e gerenciar pessoas em um ambiente de Serviço ao Cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar todo o ciclo de order-to-cash, otimizar o fluxo de caixa e implementar automação.

Reporting to the LATAM SSC Leader, this senior role oversees the daily operations of the O2C team across the region. Responsibilities include managing the entire order-to-cash cycle-order management, invoicing, collections, and customer service-to optimize cash flow, standardize processes, and implement automation and digital tools.

Key focus areas:

  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with global and regional goals
  • Drive KPIs like DSO, collection effectiveness, and bad debt reduction
  • Lead process standardization, digital transformation, and technology adoption
  • Ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing
  • Manage team performance, develop talent, and foster high performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitor metrics, ensure compliance, and lead audits
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with clients, payment providers, and cross-functional teams


This role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and effective people management to ensure high-value customer service and financial accuracy across LATAM.

Perfil desejável

  • Ability to lead, oversee, motivate and manage people in a Customer Service and O2C environment;
  • Improves processes & systems;
  • English - Advanced (required)
  • Spanish - Intermediate/Advanced;
  • Cross-cultural communication skills;
  • Highly organised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst workingunder pressure;
  • Leadership and change management capabilities;
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills;
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential;
  • Demonstrable success in improving Order to Cash service levels;
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of all Order to Cash processes including best practices, people,processes and technology;
  • Knowledge of ORACLE ERP system (differential);
  • A track record of continuous professional and management development;
  • 7 years relevant Order to Cash experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
  • Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
