Brazil Operations External Fulfillment (EF Ops) is looking for an Operations Leader responsible for developing and running key mechanisms to ensure the best customer and seller experience. EF Ops team is responsible for the marketplace logistics and works with third party sellers.

Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on Amazon. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. External Fulfillment (EF) includes a variety of programs in which Amazon works hand in hand with Sellers and Vendors to ship products directly from their warehouse reducing cost and carbon footprint. The EF Operations Manager will lead cross-functional mechanisms working with teams in Brazil and abroad, support programs target definition, drive team members to meet goals, and make trade-offs (time vs. quality vs. resources). You will inspect the results of the mechanisms and define improvements to amplify impact that will enhance the overall customer experience amidst a rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple mechanisms simultaneously, conducting root cause analysis for errors and proposing solutions, preparing monthly and quarterly reports, and leading a team. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across Transportation, Product, Program, Sales, and other EF teams across the world. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver, feels comfortable managing a huge amount of data to support decision making, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is organized.
