Operational Excellence SpecialistThe role of Operational Excellence Specialist involves supporting the founder in overseeing day‑to‑day operations and fostering seamless team integration. Provide primary support to the Founder in managing operational activities and promoting team synergy. Serve as the central point of contact for internal issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption. Collaborate with the Founder to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational success. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, with the ability to translate high‑level objectives into actionable workflows.

The ideal candidate should possess at least seven years of experience in Executive Support, Operations, or Process Improvement roles, preferably supporting C‑level or Founder Executives.
