What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage individually with members to assess their personal wellbeing, emotional and physical health, and safety concerns
- Provide solution-focused consultations and develop individualized action plans for members
- Conduct thorough assessments of risk and coordinate services with emergency personnel when necessary
- Formulate short-term problem resolution plans and maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Mental Health Clinician with a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or marriage and family counseling, or an RN with 3+ years of experience in behavioral health
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license
- Ability to work any of the 8.5-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of Monday to Friday, 6:45 am - 7:15 pm CST
- Designated workspace and access to secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL in home
- Strong ability to assess risk and develop goals with members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of child and family experience
- Experience supporting members in an inbound call center
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a culturally and geographically diverse population
- Ability to address a variety of problems and issues presented by members
