Role & Responsibilities
- Technical Consulting: Provide support and advice to the sales team during the pre‑sales process. Demonstrate the technical capabilities of martech solutions to potential customers, explaining how these solutions can solve specific business problems.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with solution development and engineering teams to customize and adapt martech solutions according to customer needs. Participate in the definition of technical requirements and design specifications for new martech implementations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of martech solutions and their impact on business outcomes. Analyze marketing data to measure the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights to customers to optimize their marketing and sales strategies.
- System Integration: Ensure efficient logical integration of Martech platforms with customers' existing systems, such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Training and Development: Train and develop internal teams and customers in the effective use of Martech tools. Keep up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Martech to ensure that Keyrus is at the forefront of marketing technology.
- Relationship with Clients and Co‑workers: Develop a relationship of trust with customers and co‑workers, positioning yourself as a consultant and expert on the Martech subject.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in consulting, implementing or selling martech solutions.
- In‑depth knowledge of martech tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, UX, UI, CDP, REX, e‑commerce and marketplace.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and results‑oriented environment.
- Advanced English, being able to conduct business meetings, exploratory and presentations.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Certifications in martech platforms recognized in the market.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish will be a great differential.
