Dingus & Zazzy is a comprehensive digital marketing agency offering services for brands looking to expand their presence across a variety of digital platforms. You have to blog but also be active on social media. You have to build websites and then optimize them for mobile. Email lists. Emails. Keywords. SEM. SEO. UX. UI. FML. OMG. That’s where we come in. Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Coordinator role combines project coordination with client relationship management, acting as a bridge between internal teams and clients. This role supports smooth project execution by managing internal communication, task coordination, and ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll be integral in managing both the marketing efforts and client interactions, translating client goals into actionable tasks, and ensuring the process runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Main Objectives
  1. Client Collaboration & Project Oversight:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations.
    • Translate these goals into clear tasks for the Marketing Coordinator, ensuring smooth project execution.
    • Regularly meet with clients to review deliverables, adjust timelines, and maintain strong relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  2. Internal Team Coordination:

    • Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
    • Organize internal kick‑off meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that everything stays on schedule and within scope.
    • Provide clear direction and thoughtful feedback to internal teams to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations.
    • Ensure all project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and Teamwork boards are up to date.
  3. Communication & Task Management:

    • Manage meetings with clients, ensuring clear action plans and next steps.
    • Review and approve final deliverables before submission, making sure they meet client goals and expectations.
    • Use tools like Jiminny to document meetings, share important notes, and ensure all action items are tracked.
    • Keep all teams aligned through regular check‑ins and updates, making sure deadlines are met and no tasks fall through the cracks.
  4. Resource Planning & Problem Solving:

    • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring each one is progressing smoothly, with no delays or miscommunication.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether they relate to resources, deadlines, or client feedback.
    • Proactively anticipate problems and find creative solutions to keep projects on track.
  5. Strategic & Process-Oriented Thinking:

    • Help shape the big‑picture marketing strategy with the Senior Account Manager.
    • Continuously look for ways to improve internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistent delivery.
    • Build strong, positive relationships both within the team and with clients, helping to drive long-term success.

Our operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
