The Position :

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support the company’s import, export, and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with head office guidelines and current Brazilian regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor import processes from end to end.
  • Issue, review, and manage import documentation (e.g., Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
  • Interface with China operations and Finance regarding shipments and payments.
  • Create, update, and analyze internal KPIs and reports.
  • Manage customer communication throughout the coordination cycle, from initial contact to approval and delivery of final documents.
  • Request quotations for road freight and cabotage services.
  • Plan national logistics operations, including heavy-lift transportation.
  • Report process updates to customers and align timelines for customs clearance, transport, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers for clearance procedures.
  • Align road freight operations with carriers.
  • Interface with Engineering, Project Management, and Site Management teams to schedule product receipt.
Required Knowledge
  • Import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
  • Inventory management methodologies (e.g., FIFO, FEFO)
  • Taxation and customs regulations
  • Siscomex and Incoterms
Education & Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related business fields.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point; experience with TOTVS and Office 365.
  • Fluent / Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
