A leading iGaming content provider is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage client relationships and strategic partnerships. This role requires 3–5 years' experience in B2B account management, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, with Portuguese as an asset. The position is full-time and can be based in Sao Paulo or remote. Competitive salary based on experience is offered.

You'll manage strategic partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and help deliver engaging gaming experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.

Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns.

Analyse campaign performance and proactively address any issues.

Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis.

Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For :

3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector.

Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.

Professional demeanour with the flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
