Key Account Manager – iGaming Location : Sao Paulo, Brazil OR Remote

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a publicly-listed, innovative business that is shaping the future of online gaming content. You'll manage strategic partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and help deliver engaging gaming experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector.
  • Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanour with the flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
