Your role:
·Responsible for end user and infrastructure support in Region Latin America
·Roll out of centrally defined projects to Region and countries
·Act as interface to central project team
·Management of IT suppliers and contract
·Perform IT service delivery management
·Oversee all the service’s life cycle, including capacity, availability and continuous improvement management
·Monitor and analyze service provider performance / KPI’s
·Management of incidents resolution and escalations from IT Business Partners
·Interface and relationship with internal business Customers
Your expertise:
·Bachelor Degree
·5+ years of experience on managing global / regional / local external IT service providers
·Experience in IT service management
·Experience in managing mid-sized IT infrastructure projects
·Good presentation skills and working in a global organization
·Customer Oriented
·Proactive approach to problem solving
