A strong academic research background and a respected reputation in your field.

Senior‑Level Experience

• Must currently be organizing and guest‑editing a Special Issue for an EI Compendex‑indexed journal.
• Must currently be serving as an editor, associate editor, or editorial board member for an EI Compendex‑indexed journal.

Role Responsibilities

• Academic Review & Deep Polishing : Evaluate manuscripts for scientific rigor, logic, and originality, while refining academic expression, flow, and terminology to meet international publication standards.
• Professional Translation & Grammar Polishing : Accurately translate Chinese research papers into natural, fluent academic English, ensuring correctness in grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.
• Figure Optimization : Ensure all figures, charts, and images in the manuscript comply with the technical requirements of target journals, including but not limited to format, layout, resolution (DPI), color mode, and file size.
• Cover Letter Drafting : Assist authors in concisely summarizing the manuscript’s core strengths, innovations, and academic value in a compelling cover letter, enhancing its initial impression on journal editors.
• Submission Assistance : Based on the article’s specific content, academic quality, and research field, recommend suitable journals indexed in the EI Compendex database for the author’s reference and selection.
