This role requires strong documentation skills and knowledge in SQL and database administration. The candidate should be proactive with good analytical and problem-solving skills. The position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs
• Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization and integration with other applications.
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• Possesses strong communication's interpersonal skills reinforce developing relationship with stakeholders.
• Accurately document support activities to solve problem, maintaining knowledge base updated.
• Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.

Education / Qualifications

• Keep in touch with team members and support them in solving problems;
• Keep in touch with Hexagon's support and service team, provide information to help them find solutions
• Knowledge in creation how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes.
• Familiar with writing of SQL Statements;
• Knowledge about Intergraph Smart Foundation is a plus;
• Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® Suite a plus;

Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus.

Experience

• Implementation of projects and solutions.
• Experience in Engineering Project and Solution Implementation
• Business analysis consultant.
• Automation of processes and routines
• Analysis and preparation of documentation
