What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by developing and executing strategic business plans for the nephrology market
  • Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and optimize customer engagement
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in nephrology
  • Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information effectively to healthcare professionals
  • Present compliant and impactful sales presentations at customer meetings and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience will be considered
  • Current experience and knowledge of the territory and customers
  • Experience selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to nephrologists is highly preferred
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to travel locally up to 40%

  • Proven success in managing larger, complex territories with multiple account types
