About the job: The role involves close collaboration with the Imaging Director, Multiclient and Contract Sales to develop a portfolio of Imaging clients in Brazil. Develop and execute both short-term and long-term strategies for the Brazilian market to ensure the financial objectives for the Imaging sector in Brazil are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, market research, and direct client outreach.
  • Provide sales presentations to existing and/or prospective customers to determine solution needs.
  • Create, implement, and execute a Sales Action Plan which includes maintaining creditable forecasts and pipelines for assigned accounts.
  • Develop marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with TGS’ Multi-Client Business Development and Contract Business
  • Understand client’s drivers and motivators in the sales process to focus sales efforts.
  • Identify additional business opportunities for other company service offerings.
  • Remain knowledgeable of company's product and service solutions to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all Petrobras tenders successfully handled via the Petronect Portal.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics or an advanced degree in Geophysics, applied Mathematics, or another related field.
  • Requires 15+ years of production-scale seismic processing and imaging experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Communication - Ability to convey ideas/messages succinctly and accurately to a wide range of audiences. Strong ability to collaborate with all stakeholders and build sound relationships with them.
  • Technical Knowledge – Solid understanding of key imaging technologies, including Pre-processing, VMB, FWI, KDM, RTM, LSRTM and 4D utilizing both OBN and streamer data.
  • Business Acumen - Commercial aptitude to execute on imaging leads and bids to build profitable projects.
  • Ability to influence - Ability to influence external customers and markets on the organization's value proposition.
