We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our HR and Operations team.

This role is crucial in building and scaling our HR functions across LATAM countries. Our HR Manager will take a hands‑on approach to provide essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients.

This position is vital for executing our people initiatives, delivering excellent internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams, and organizing the company's events.
  • Collaborate with the HR Lead and other team members to contribute to the company's strategy and attend regular HR team and company meetings.
  • Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 meetings with LATAM employees, identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with employees to deliver the best HR services and demonstrate a collaborative and proactive approach to solving people issues.
  • Coordinate and administer day‑to‑day employee life cycle functions including onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, and orientation programs.
  • Work closely with clients to provide exceptional service tailored to their needs, partner with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct and lead quarterly HR meetings, and act as an HR advisor to support clients and their teams.
  • Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region.
  • Organize client events (online/offline), workshops, team‑building activities, and support events planning.
  • Update existing presentations, maintain the HR Notion space, and keep all documents up to date.
  • Collaborate with core team from different regions in a multicultural environment.
Required Skills
  • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • Ideally, 3 years of experience in human resources functions.
  • Experience in tech companies is a plus.
  • Client‑facing experience.
  • Advanced level of English.
