The HR Manager HRBP CS&BE (Customer Support and Business Effectiveness) will operate within the scope of AGCO’s MyHR framework, ensuring the execution of global HR processes and policies while adapting them to local practices.
The HR Manager, CS&BE (HRBP) serves as the go-to partner for the management of HR signature programs tailored to regional stakeholders. The core mission is to help the organization realize value from its people by coaching people managers, supporting the development of functional Strategic Workforce Plans, and driving effective Talent Management practices.
Additionally, this role will serve as the Site Lead for the Jundiaí location, being responsible for all local HR matters, including supporting managers, coordinating with corporate HR teams, and driving initiatives related to compliance, engagement, and people development.
Partners with Talent Acquisition team and local leaders on recruitment efforts for local roles.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs tailored to local practices.
Ensure implementation of global performance management processes.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and succession planning.
Manager and employee satisfaction scores.
Response rate (e.g., speed to close a matter).
Manager review.
Goals completion (e.g., AGCO- goals realized ex., hiring goals).
Drive local engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities, culture and values.
Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring local practices reflect AGCO’s vision and values.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Partners with Global Payroll and HR Operations teams to support payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS accuracy in collaboration with shared services or external vendors.
Support change initiatives by providing local context and ensuring effective communication and implementation.
Act as a liaison between Global HRBPs and local teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Maintain and report on key HR metrics and analytics for the country / region.
Provide insights and recommendations based on local data trends.
Skilled at managing signature HR programs and defining success metrics.
