Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure their success and professional growth
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to define and implement effective national and regional sales strategies

  • Maintain relationships with key revenue-generating accounts and address any challenges with "at-risk" accounts
