The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and a strong creative sense for developing compelling ad strategies. You will own media buying, optimize campaigns, and develop engaging creatives. This position requires a strong grasp of marketing analytics and CRO tools while thriving in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

What You’ll Own
  • Paid Acquisition (Meta/Google/Programmatic): Own media buying strategy, execution and optimization. Build campaigns that convert cold traffic into qualified sales calls.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and manage performance‑driven ad creatives (visuals, hooks, copy). Work with internal or external designers, or create assets yourself if needed. Know what makes scroll‑stoppers.
  • Funnel and Landing Page Optimization: Build and continuously test landing pages, quizzes and opt‑in funnels. Know CRO tools.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands‑on growth marketing experience, strong focus on paid acquisition.
  • NSFW experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through performance marketing.
  • Deep experience in media buying, creative testing and optimization, especially for cold traffic.
  • Strong creative sense – able to develop or guide scroll‑stopping visuals, hooks, and copy that convert.
  • Skilled in CRO, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, tracking, attribution, and setup feedback loops with sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation strategies.
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, remote, startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
