About the Team
Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Specialist will be to provide insights over marketing diagnosis, support the development of improvement levers, and act to implement actions with the objective of optimizing marketplace ROI and increasing QuintoAndar’s Market Share.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese, advanced in English;
- Minimum 4 years experience in the area of analysis/business intelligence;
- Highly structured: can break down very complex problems into manageable, less complex pieces and work on them;
- Self‑organized person that can drive own workstreams;
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to drive insight from data;
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to different audiences and influence others;
- Deal with high amount of data (SQL, Alteryx, Excel, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Analyze main KPIs’ performance in volume and efficiency—at business, city, channel, and campaign granularities—to ensure goal achievements;
- Develop analytical frameworks and models to support decision‑making processes related to investment allocation within the Marketplace;
- Conduct diagnostics to recommend and identify levers for reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and optimizing profitability;
- Present acquisition funnel improvement opportunities to main stakeholders (marketing, product, and operations);
- Collaborate with user acquisition channel teams to operationalize the proposed macro‑level strategies;
- Oversee the governance of investment adjustment decisions to ensure the tracking and monitoring of projected results;
- Support growth initiatives short‑term and mid‑term strategy planning.
