Overview
We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive the adoption of our crypto payment infrastructure — including stablecoins, crypto card program, and on/off‑ramp services — as well as Web3 commerce and real‑world assets (RWA), expanding Rapidz’s presence across Brazil and LATAM.
What will you do
- Ecosystem Strategy & Growth: Define and execute strategies to grow the Rapidz ecosystem across retail, merchants, and partners.
- Partnerships & BD: Lead strategic alliances with Web3 projects, fintechs, and enterprise players to bring more users and businesses on‑chain.
- Enablement & Integration: Ensure our APIs, SDKs, and tools are easy to adopt and well‑integrated into partner platforms.
- Product Adoption: Drive technical integration of our Web3 payment solutions into a range of apps and platforms.
- Ecosystem Metrics: Define KPIs and report on adoption, usage, and partner success across our tools.
- Incentives & Grants: Help manage ecosystem incentives, co‑marketing, and grant programs.
- Community & Events: Represent Rapidz at conferences, hackathons, and industry events.
What we are looking for
- 6+ years in ecosystem, business development, or growth roles in Web3, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record scaling adoption of crypto, developer tools, or B2C tech products.
- Strong understanding of stablecoins, crypto payments including cards, L1/L2s, or payment rails.
- Strategic BD skills: GTM, partnerships, commercial planning.
- Excellent communicator, able to align technical and business teams.
- Data‑driven thinker focused on impact and ecosystem ROI.
