Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented professional to support our finance and operations activities. The role covers reporting, expense management, administrative support, and process organization, with strong potential to grow into broader responsibilities over time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, self-driven, analytical, and eager to develop within an international company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process travel reimbursements and expense reports.
  • Maintain and organize financial documentation.
  • Support monthly reports, reconciliations, and expense controls.
  • Support daily office operations (deliveries, suppliers, logistics, general organization).
  • Manage time-off platform data (profiles, updates, validations).
  • Assist with procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes.
  • Maintain updated records and internal databases.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Intermediate–advanced English (global interactions).
  • Studying or graduated in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership.
  • Based in Porto Alegre or metro area.
  • High level of responsibility and discretion with internal information.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in finance, administration, or operations.
  • Interest in international environments and growth within finance/operations.
