• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting, partnering with business team & Finance internal to ensure accuracy and reasonableness.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, profitability, and risks.
• Lead monthly closing on management report; perform analysis on trends, variances, and ROIs, etc. and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and challenge spending to improve ROI.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align financial and business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls; drive process improvements.

任职要求

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5-10 years of related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and BI tools, preferably with SQL skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese, preferably with study or working experience abroad.
• Willing to travel internationally as needed.
