The Finance Assistant will be responsible for executing the operational routines of the department, with a focus on purchasing processes and administrative activities. This role will be directly involved in managing and organizing financial demands, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate. The position reports directly to the Support Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the full purchasing process, from request to receipt and recording of expenses;
  • Perform quotations and supplier management, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
  • Handle payment control, entries, and financial reconciliations;
  • Execute administrative and operational routines related to the financial area;
  • Prepare and update performance reports and financial indicators;
  • Maintain organization and proper filing of financial documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree desirable (preferably in Administration, Finance, or Accounting);
  • Previous experience with financial routines, especially in billing and operational processes;
  • Organized, detail-oriented profile with a high sense of responsibility (ownership);
  • Fluent in English;
  • To live in Belo Horizonte, MG.
