A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in São Paulo to drive strategic HR initiatives and lead a team of HR professionals. This role requires over 7 years of experience in HR business partnering, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior HR Business Partner to support our executive leadership team and senior leaders across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and is passionate about building scalable people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
As a key member of our HR team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior stakeholders, helping shape organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning. You’ll also lead and coach a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

7+ years of experience in strategic HR business partnering, with exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
Proven experience leading or coaching HR professionals.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Solid understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and workforce planning.
Experience working with KPIs and data to inform HR strategy (e.g., retention, development plans, engagement).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are essential); SAP experience is a plus.
Familiarity with employment laws and practices in LATAM is a strong advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a startup mindset.
Bachelor’s degree required.
