About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, and reliable Executive Operator to work directly with our Founder & CEO.

This is a hands‑on operational role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, removing obstacles, and bringing clarity to a fast‑paced environment.

You will work across operations, administration, logistics, product organization, and internal communication – ensuring the founder can focus on Product Engineering, Fundraising, Key Hires, and non‑reversible decisions.

This is not a political, managerial, or strategy‑only job.

This is a high‑impact execution role for someone who takes pride in getting things done.

What You’ll Do
  • Organize the founder’s agenda, priorities, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare meetings with context, documents, and follow‑ups
  • Coordinate internal tasks, documentation, and information flow
  • Manage operational routines (contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, finance)
  • Solve problems quickly – from simple tasks to complex issues
  • Support product & engineering with documentation and organization
  • Maintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignment
  • Handle ad‑hoc tasks that keep the company running smoothly
  • Act as the founder’s execution partner in all non‑core areas
