What your new challenge will look like

As a Supply Chain Engineer at 4flow, you will:

1. Independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes, logistics, and transportation concepts in global supply chain networks.
2. Strategically plan logistics and transportation networks.
3. Analyze and evaluate supply chain data, processes, and networks.
4. Continuously optimize transportation and networks.
5. Develop and implement transportation optimization initiatives.
6. Support change management at the customer.
7. Perform functional project management tasks.
8. Participate in the 4flow training & development program.

Why you belong at 4flow

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering or (international) business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain).
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in network/transportation planning and optimization.
• Experience in an international corporation in the automotive industry or with a 4PL.
• Expertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Very good communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Access).
• A high level of competence in systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
