As Supply Chain Engineer, you will independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes, logistics, and transportation concepts in global supply chain networks:

1. Strategic planning of logistics and transportation networks
2. Analysis and evaluation of supply chain data, processes, and networks
3. Continuous transportation and network optimization
4. Development and implementation of transportation optimization initiatives
5. Support change management at the customer
6. Functional (sub-)project management
7. Perform non-customer tasks through active participation in internal knowledge management (e.g., in-house trainings)
8. Participate in the 4flow training & development program

Why you belong at 4flow

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in industrial engineering or (international) business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain)
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in network/transportation planning and optimization in an international corporation in the automotive industry or with a 4PL
3. Expertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
4. Very good communication skills in English
5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Access)
6. High level of competence in the areas of systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability
