As Supply Chain Engineer, you will independently analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes, logistics, and transportation concepts in global supply chain networks:
- Strategic planning of logistics and transportation networks
- Analysis and evaluation of supply chain data, processes, and networks
- Continuous transportation and network optimization
- Development and implementation of transportation optimization initiatives
- Support change management at the customer
- Functional (sub-)project management
- Perform non-customer tasks through active participation in internal knowledge management (e.g., in-house trainings)
- Participate in the 4flow training & development program
Why you belong at 4flow
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in industrial engineering or (international) business studies (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in network/transportation planning and optimization in an international corporation in the automotive industry or with a 4PL
- Expertise in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Very good communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Access)
- High level of competence in the areas of systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability
