Role
As an Engineering Manager in this group, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product counterparts and Staff Engineers to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. The role reports directly to the Engineering Director.
We are committed to continuous improvement, open feedback, and working efficiently towards our goals. This role provides an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the area while receiving mentorship and support as needed.
Our tech stack at Docplanner Tech and Feegow includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/ReactNative, running on Kubernetes in AWS. While expertise in these technologies isn’t required, this is a technical role, and a solid technical background is essential to effectively support the teams.
